Our executives are seasoned leaders from multiple industries. They have extensive experience and education in everything from finance to physics, from biomedical engineering to business, and from computers to communications. Our executives have different backgrounds, but they all have the common goal of providing excellent service at a reasonable price. This ensures that ISS Solutions keeps both continuity and flexibility at the center of our client relationships. Barbara Maguire
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
As Chief Executive Officer of ISS Solutions and Paradigm Technology Consulting (PTC), Barbara Maguire is responsible for the strategic direction of the businesses as well as continuing their long-standing traditions of innovation and service excellence.
Prior to serving as CEO, Barbara provided oversight for the Geisinger Healthcare Technology (HTM) and commercial HTM businesses, including business development, service delivery, quality, compliance, client loyalty, asset management software platform, supply chain, and central dispatch functions for commercial clients as well as for ISS Solutions’ parent organization, Geisinger. Under her leadership, ISS Solutions earned ISO 13485 certification. She also implemented a medical device cybersecurity program to ensure ISS Solutions’ maintenance practices follow the NIST cybersecurity framework. Her team is charged with assessment, acceptance testing, preventive maintenance, repair, cybersecurity and disposal services for over 100,000+ clinical devices at commercial and Geisinger client sites.
Barbara has over 23 years of experience in biomedical engineering, first as a biomedical technician, then as a clinical engineer, and next as a clinical engineering manager, obtaining positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to joining ISS Solutions, Barbara served as the Director of Biomedical Engineering at New York Presbyterian Hospital. She managed all aspects of the safe use of patient care equipment for this 1100-bed teaching hospital and doubled their outside business to $3 million annually. Barbara also established a biomedical division for a third-party company, winning several government contracts with the Army, the Navy and FEMA.
Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from George Washington University, a Master of Science. in biomedical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute at Hartford and a Master of Business Administration from Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College / CUNY. She earned a certificate in cybersecurity from Rutgers University Continuing Education and a certificate from MIT Sloane continuing Ed for AI in Healthcare. She is a Certified Clinical Engineer and a Certified Healthcare Technology Manager (CHTM). Barbara has been active in several professional organizations such as the American College of Clinical Engineering (ACCE) and the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) and H-ISAC.
Barbara resides in New Jersey with her family. In her free time, she enjoys all outdoor activities, especially skiing, surfing and hiking. Barbara also enjoys training and racing in triathlons and has completed over 100 races including the Lake Placid Iron Man. The time spent training for these races provides a great opportunity to reflect and think, and it is during these times that she comes up with her best ideas for life and work!
Michael Jones
Chief Financial Officer & VP of SUPPORT SERVICES
In the role of Chief Financial Officer for ISS Solutions and Paradigm Technology Consulting (PTC), Michael Jones has responsibility for all financial planning and analysis, accounting and financial reporting activities for the businesses. These responsibilities include cash flow management, credit, financing, expense control, and inventory control. In addition, Michael is the executive responsible for PTC’s service desk business line.
Michael brings over 20 years of financial and leadership experience to ISS Solutions and PTC. Before his promotion to Chief Financial Officer, Michael served as Corporate Controller and Divisional CFO for Condor Technology Solutions, acquired by ISS Solutions in 2002. Michael was instrumental in restructuring the organization to make it profitable and presentable for sale. He successfully oversaw the divestiture of three key operating segments.
Michael was Controller for Computer Hardware Maintenance Company. He managed the Systems Support Division, which had four operational locations and annual revenues in excess of $55M. Prior to this, Michael was an Accountant for Daniel Ferrari & Company. Michael, a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Science. in accounting and a Master of Business Administration in finance from La Salle University. He has also attended the Wharton School of Business Executive Education program.
Michael resides in Langhorne, Pennsylvania with his wife, Cindy, and their two daughters. Having grown up in Philadelphia, Michael enjoys watching and rooting for all the local professional sports teams. In his spare time, he also enjoys listening to music and reading.
Jon C. Henbest, CPA.CITP, MCSE, MCDBA, MCSA, DCIE
President of Paradigm Technology Consulting, AN ISS SOLUTIONS BUSINESS
As President of Paradigm Technology Consulting (PTC), Jon leads PTC’s nationwide IT consulting business. Jon’s responsibility spans all aspects of the business, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) consulting, IT support and management, managed print services, network security, and software development and training. He also oversees parent organization ISS Solutions’ internal IT infrastructure, which he modernized with a lower-cost, more secure cloud-based system. Prior to being President, Jon was Vice President of Technical Services.
Prior to joining PTC, Jon worked as a tax accountant for a regional public accounting firm. He then changed his career path to work in the technology consulting group of that accounting firm. Jon went on to join PTC at inception in 1999 with the other founding PTC team members.
Jon has been involved in network design, implementation, and management for over twenty-five years. He has vast experience with various businesses and industries through both his accounting and technical consulting careers. Jon has been involved in all aspects of network planning, implementation, security and maintenance. In addition to being a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, and a DataCore Certified Implementation Engineer, Jon has extensive experience with multi-site Citrix deployments, both domestic and international. Jon has worked with numerous clients to evaluate and migrate to virtualization platforms, public and private cloud solutions, as well as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
Jon holds a BS in Accounting from New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Outside of work, Jon is active in his church, where he has also held leadership positions and he volunteers with Boy Scouts of America.
Tony Faralli
Vice President, Call Center Operations & Director of Human Resources
As Vice President of Call Center Operations & Director of Human Resources, Tony is responsible for human resources operations and all service desk activities in support of clients. He has spent his career working in a variety of operations and human resources positions.
Tony has been managing customer call centers since 1994. He held the position of Operations Manager for the northeast customer care center for GE Financial Assurance from 1994 to 1997. From 1997 to 1999, he was Vice President of Office Operations for Rapidforms/New England Business Services. He also was Vice President of Customer Care, Special Orders and Projects for Interline Brands, a $1.2 billion marketer and distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products for ten years. In this role, Tony led the due diligence, acquisition integration, and human capital development of eight acquired companies with combined revenues of more than $800 million. His responsibilities also included the management of three large, multi-brand customer care operations centers across the United States.
Tony has previously served as Director of Human Resources for Paris Business Products, a paper converter and manufacturer of business products. In this role, he worked with the management team to develop an operating culture that would attract, retain, and motivate associates by developing policies and procedures to enhance employee engagement.
Tony holds a master’s degree in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Temple University. In addition, he has attained the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
Tony and his family reside in Southern NJ. He enjoys reading, traveling, playing golf and spending time at the Jersey Shore.
