ISS Solutions has developed tools within our Computerized Maintenance System (CMMS), using dashboards, scripts, and custom reports, to delve into CMMS data and gain insights into the equipment managed. For example, we can gain insights into specific equipment which is driving a high COSR (cost-to-service ratio) and use that information to target the most problematic models. The automated process for documenting screening of medical devices for PHI (protected health information) ensures compliance with policies. Preventive maintenance compliance can be tracked in real-time and displayed in the Biomed shop, as well as trended in monthly reporting. We will show how these tools can be developed in your own CMMS to improve decision-making.
