Barbara Maguire Participates in Round Table Discussion

For the July/August 2018 issue of the journal Biomedical Instrumentation & Technology, Barbara Maguire, Vice President of Quality and Geisinger Clinical Engineering at ISS Solutions, participated in a round table discussion. In the article, “A Roundtable Discussion: Embedding Quality Management Principles into Health Technology and Patient Care,” Barbara and other healthcare technology management professionals conversed about quality management standards in healthcare. Their conversation included the professionals’ reactions to the FDA’s recent decision to forgo implementing more regulations for third-party servicers of medical equipment.
