July 26, 2026 – Langhorne, PA. Geisinger today announced the appointment of Barbara Maguire as CEO of its ISS Solutions Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) and Paradigm Technology Consulting (PTC) businesses, effective July 26, 2026. Barbara is currently VP of HTM for both ISS Solutions and Geisinger and will replace Peter Brooks, whose retirement as CEO is effective August 14.
Barbara joined ISS Solutions in August of 2011 as VP of Quality and was soon thereafter promoted to VP of Quality and Geisinger HTM. Barbara was promoted again in January 2022 to VP of HTM, where she added responsibility for the external, commercial HTM program for ISS Solutions.
Over the past 15 years, Barbara has distinguished herself with many accomplishments, including:
- Achieved high levels of client loyalty as measured by client retention rates and best-in-class Net Promoter Scores year-over-year.
- Attained ISO 13485:2016 certification for ISS Solutions’ Quality Management System, demonstrating compliance with international standards for medical device quality and safety.
- Achieved a best-in-class Cost-of-Service Ratio (COSR) for Geisinger HTM services.
- Expanded commercial HTM Professional Services, winning key consulting contracts with large healthcare organizations in New York City, Boston, Chicago, and Canada.
- Earned certificates in Cyber Security (Rutgers Continuing Ed) and AI in Healthcare (MIT Sloan).
