Acquisition – PTC procures products through direct open sourcing arrangements with major distributors and manufacturers. Configuration, Testing, and Deployment – New hardware and software are configured to precise client specifications and tested to ensure compatibility with client systems at our configuration center. Then our team delivers and installs equipment and ensures your staff is up and running with their new tools. Configuration center services include hardware repair, reconfigurations, upgrades, and new unit rollouts. Additionally, post-installation services are available (on-site or depot) for warranty, repair, relocation, and other requirements.

Hardware Warranty, Maintenance, & IMAC Services – We provide desktop, laptop, file server, LAN/WAN equipment, and peripheral maintenance on a 24/7 basis. We also offer depot repair, hot swaps, and IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) services. Through our Technical Assistance Center, dedicated field engineers are dispatched nationwide to provide workstation and network support.

Asset Management – We provide all aspects of asset management and control. We document the details, including upgrades and software. Clients can perform online inquiries to determine where a unit is located.
