·          Customer Engineer Trainee (CET), Associate Customer Engineer (ACE). Up to 18 months experience with break/fix computer hardware and peripherals. Responsible for Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes (IMAC). ACE is MOUS certified.

·          Customer Engineer (CE). Up to 36 months experience with break/fix computer hardware and peripherals. A+ certified, 2 or more OEM certifications. MOUS certified.

·          Senior Customer Engineer (SCE). 36+ months experience break/fix computer hardware and peripherals. A+ certified, NOS trained.

·          Systems Engineer (SE). 5 years experience, A+ certified, 1 NOS certification.

·          Project Manager / Leader (PM/PL). Manages day-to-day project details such as project goals, milestones, scope, ground rules and assumptions, time and cost restraints, operating procedures, reporting requirements. Coordinates and integrates ISS Solutions resources, identifies corrective actions, and implements project deliverables.

·          Help Desk Analyst (HDA), Help Desk Analyst-Senior (SHDA). Responsible for level 1 and level 2 call activity. Knowledgeable in basic operating system and application suites such as Microsoft 98/XP/2000, Office 2000, and email. Knowledgeable in basic networking (client) and internet operations. A+ certified, Network+ certified, certified in one Hardware OEM platform and one NOS platform (Linux, Novell, Microsoft).

·          Certified NetWare Administrator (CNA), Certified NetWare Engineer (CNE), Microsoft System Administrator (MSA). Certified by Novell or Microsoft to increase system uptime and user productivity by handling day-to-day network administrative tasks. Provides onsite administrative support. Plans, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots NOS environment. Possesses in-depth knowledge of intranets and Internet solutions, messaging, connectivity, and client network solutions.

·          Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE). Qualified to effectively plan, implement, maintain, and support information systems with Microsoft NOS and the BackOffice integrated family of server software.

·          Nortel/3Com/Cisco Certified LAN/WAN Specialist. Qualified for high performance workgroup solutions, building campus backbone solutions, remote networking, and WAN solutions.
