ISS OnCall
The time and materials
solution
In addition to its complete service and
support offerings, ISS Solutions provides services on an
as needed basis. Clients are charged for time and
materials. The ISS OnCall program provides a pay-per-use
alternative for non-contract clients. Clients can select
from telephone support, maintenance services, parts,
and/or on-site assistance for warranty and non-warranty
repairs.
OnCall gives clients
extra budget leeway, while still providing a safety net
in the event of the unexpected.

OnCall
Services.
Services include: hardware onsite support, hardware
telephone support, software telephone support, and
relocation services (i.e., moves, additions, or
changes).

Response Time.
On Call services are scheduled on a reasonable effort
basis. Typically, ISS can respond the next business day
following receipt of a valid purchase order or credit
card. Same day response is available at an additional
fee.

Charges.
Charges may include material, labor, travel expenses,
meals, and lodging. A 30-day warranty applies to parts
from the date of installation. Labor required to repair
or replace warranted parts is at the published hourly
rate.
