ISS Solutions Identifies Key Clinical Industry Trends
Recently, ISS Solutions commissioned a survey of hospitals, health care systems, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and Independent Service Organizations (ISOs) throughout the mid-Atlantic region. The purpose was to obtain a qualitative assessment of the issues concerning service delivery executives supporting Information Technology (IT) and Clinical Engineering (CE) technologies. The research results entitled “Healthcare Technology Support: An Updated View From the Market - 2006” highlights key concerns such as cost and quality as well as the challenges being faced by executives as convergence of CE and IT take place in healthcare. more»

Charlie Seiberlich says, “I like being responsible for systems that many other people rely on for their jobs. If these systems go out, then many others cannot do their work. It’s rewarding to help others, and it is a big responsibility.” Charlie joined ISS Solutions in 1997 as a Help Desk Analyst. Over the nine past years, Charlie has been a crucial part of the ISS Solutions Internal IT staff, making sure that his fellow employees have the software tools they need to do their jobs.
