Configuration, Testing, and Deployment. New hardware and software are configured to precise client specifications and tested to ensure compatibility with client systems at the ISS Solutions Configuration Center. Then, the ISS Solutions team delivers and installs equipment and ensures your staff is up and running with their new tools. Configuration Center services include hardware repair, reconfigurations, upgrades, and new unit rollouts. Additionally, post-installation services are available (on-site or depot) for warranty, repair, relocation, and other requirements.

ISS Solutions also offers depot repair, hot swaps, and IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) services. Through ISS Solutions’ Technical Assistance Center, dedicated field engineers are dispatched nationwide to provide workstation and network support.
