Quality in Clinical
Engineering
One of ISS Solutions’
business philosophies is to deliver high quality and timely
service to our client’s specifications and satisfaction. To
ensure that we fulfill this promise, we have solicited feedback
from customers via a quality questionnaire for the last 18
years. For the past two years, the overall client satisfaction
rating (Excellent and Good scores combined) has been 97%-98%.
Seventy-five percent of clients returned the questionnaire.

On May 19,
2005, ISS Solutions announced a partnership with Vericept Corporation.
Under the
partnership agreement, ISS Solutions will distribute and support
the Vericept Intelligent Protection (VIP) Platform risk
management solution.

ISS Solutions and Blue Mountain Health System Sign
Multi-Year Clinical Engineering Managed Services Agreement
On May 5,
2005, ISS Solutions
announced
that it has entered into a multi-year ISS Select agreement with
Blue Mountain Health System of Lehighton, Pennsylvania to
provide managed clinical engineering services. Under this
agreement, ISS Solutions will provide Blue Mountain Health
System with a portfolio of services consolidated into one
comprehensive, cost-effective program.

As part of our commitment to delivering quality service to our clients,
ISS Solutions has implemented a unique, pay-for-performance plan for all
employees. This new plan, called ISS QualityPay, is important to not only our
employees, but also you, our clients. Through the QualityPay plan, all ISS
Solutions team members can earn quarterly financial bonuses based on company,
group, and individual performance. Customer satisfaction measures, such as those
described in the "Quality in Clinical Engineering" article above, are an
important component of the plan. Your rating of how we are doing has an impact
on how bonuses are distributed. This is one additional step we've taken to
assure that our goals are aligned with your goals.
