ISS Solutions, a Geisinger Health System company, is a leading provider of customized technology lifecycle management solutions to healthcare, government, education, and commercial clients.

For over 30 years, ISS Solutions has collaborated with more than 200 clients to deliver integrated business solutions, which include: healthcare technology assessment, management, and maintenance services; information technology assessment, network design, management, acquisition and maintenance services; and a 24 x 7 technical contact center. ISS Solutions is headquartered in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, and operates in and serves the mid-Atlantic region of the U.S.

Each day, government, education, and commercial clients successfully deploy the technical expertise of the ISS Solutions 120+ member IT team, while our healthcare clients benefit from both the IT team and the 80+ strong healthcare technology team.

ISS Solutions offers a wide range of programs to assist clients with technology management. Clients with ISS Select enjoy a comprehensive technology management program, but ISS Solutions also offers specific services as requested.

Needs Analysis. Through our ISS Consult program, senior consultants assess your healthcare technology, IT, or contact center needs.

Technology Acquisition. Through our on-line store, ISS Direct, clients automate the way they acquire servers, desktops, laptops, printers, network equipment, software, and general computer supplies.

Services. ISS Solutions offers a complete range of clinical engineering and information technology inspection, repair, remediation, disposal and maintenance programs. These programs are modular in design to meet the unique needs of each of our clients.

Support. ISS Connect, our 24x7 technical contact center, performs all the functions of a traditional help desk and specializes in sales force automation support. ISS OnCall provides support with knowledgeable and experienced technicians as needed, while ISS OnSite provides support at your location on an on-going basis.

Origins and Contact

Our IT service line was expanded in 2003 through the acquisition of the Infrastructure Services Division of Condor Technology Solutions, Inc. (formerly known as Computer Hardware Maintenance Co. or CHMC). While ISS Solutions’ healthcare technology heritage extends back to 1971, CHMC’s IT heritage began one short-year later in 1972.
