Introducing…Anthony "Charlie" Seiberlich
Charlie
Seiberlich says, “I like being responsible for systems that many
other people rely on for their jobs. If these systems go out,
then many others cannot do their work. It’s rewarding to help
others, and it is a big responsibility.”
Charlie joined ISS Solutions in 1997 as a Help Desk
Analyst. Over the nine past years, Charlie has been a crucial
part of the ISS Solutions Internal IT staff, making sure that
his fellow employees have the tools they need to do
their jobs.
In his current role as Network Administrator for the
Langhorne facility, Charlie is responsible for administering all
facets of the Langhorne network from servers (both hardware and
software) to security systems. He provides disaster recovery
support and acts as a project coordinator and service technician
when required.
Lara Zelnio, Associate Director, IT Logistics, states
“Charlie’s approach is to provide solutions that employ best
practice methodology. His remedies are always simple yet
effective. They result in quick resolution deployment with
lasting results.” Charlie does what it takes to resolve critical
issues with a “get it done” attitude. Outstanding issues are
resolved swiftly and completely.
Our Langhorne
office recently lost some of our systems through an “act of
nature.” Charlie re-configured some of the power sources and
systems immediately, so that customers were minimally impacted.
He always keeps the customers’ needs in focus, even under
extreme pressure.
Charlie earned
an Associates Degree from Pennco Tech and several Domino
certifications. He is also a Sergeant in the USMC. In his spare
time, Charlie enjoys many outdoor activities including kayaking,
skiing and mountain biking. He also spends as much time as
possible with his English Bulldog, Desi.
