Introducing…Steve Milletics

Steve Milletics joined ISS Solutions in 1996 immediately following his graduation from Penn State University. As a Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET), Steve is responsible for helping healthcare clients manage and maintain their biomedical equipment assets.

Steve’s daily responsibilities include everything from performing scheduled equipment inspections and preventive maintenance to completing emergency equipment repairs critical to our clients’ ability to provide quality patient care.

Currently onsite at Clearfield Hospital in Pennsylvania, Steve has a long track record of delivering outstanding customer service. In our monthly clinical engineering quality surveys, Steve consistently gets high marks for both technical competence and customer satisfaction.

Steve’s manager, Jim Berger, commented “Steve is a guy with an excellent reputation in his region. Before he was a dedicated, onsite BMET at Clearfield Hospital, other client hospitals in the area would request him by name for service calls. He is a tremendous asset to our company and our clients.”

For Steve, the most rewarding part of the job is simply helping others and knowing his efforts contribute to the success of the hospital in which he works. In fact, Steve consistently attains nearly 100% inspection compliance for his clients, which is well above industry averages.
