ISS Solutions Promotes Edward Butler to Vice President, Information Technology

 

Langhorne, PA, June 17, 2009—ISS Solutions, a leading technology lifecycle management provider, announced today the promotion of Edward Butler to Vice President, Information Technology. In this role, Mr. Butler ensures the smooth operation of the 24x7x365 contact center, the IT service program, and the IT product procurement offering.

Mr. Butler started his career with ISS Solutions in 1986 as an IT Service Field Engineer. Recently, as Director of Business Development, he was responsible for handling major accounts, developing and managing vendor relationships, and developing internal training programs for ISS Solutions’ staff.

Mr. Butler is a member of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, CompTia, Ingram-Micro Venture Tech Network, and the Help Desk Institute. In addition to his many technical certifications, Mr. Butler earned an Associate degree in Business Administration from Bucks County Community College and Project Management Certification from Penn State University.
