(NYSE: IM), the world’s largest technology distributor, nominated ISS Solutions for its 2008 U.S. Partnership Award after the company maintained a 4.8 customer satisfaction rating. Ingram Micro’s five-star rating system measures the service quality Ingram Micro Service Network (IMSN) customers receive. The IMSN refers customers to hundreds of U.S.-based service providers for IT service.

Ingram Micro’s Manager of Services, Brian Weaver says “Throughout 2008, ISS Solutions performed exceptionally in all areas we measured, including lead and service volume, usage of the network to refer and accept service work, and customer satisfaction.”

Weaver explained that Ingram Micro purposefully sets the bar high for service providers with regard to customer satisfaction. To be a service partner in the network, providers must score over 4.5 out of a possible 5.0. As ISS Solutions exceeded this measure, we know that customers are extremely happy with the work they have provided. Our telephone questionnaire measures whether work was completed satisfactorily, whether expectations were met, as well as the courteousness and professionalism of the technician.

Weaver also pointed out that ISS Solutions does an excellent job of referring clients to the IMSN when they need service outside their geography or main offerings.
