ISS Solutions Partners with Level Platforms, Inc. to Provide Remote Network Monitoring Services
Langhorne, PA, December 30,
2005—ISS Solutions, a leading provider of

announced its partnership with Level Platforms, Inc. to
provide remote monitoring services for client network
assets.
This new remote network
monitoring service gives ISS Solutions a 24x7, real-time
view of client networks and peripherals. This enables
early symptoms of trouble to be identified. Remedial
steps can be taken before problems become severe. ISS
Solutions adds this service as part of its ISS Select
managed service offering.
Level Platform’s remote
monitoring utility is based on Microsoft’s .NET platform
and presents all customer site data through a
centralized, consolidated web console. The console is an
intuitive “central dashboard.” It provides integrated
security monitoring, availability status, real-time
alerting, graphical performance reporting, trouble
ticketing, and asset inventory (hardware, software,
network devices, and patches).
The reporting system is secure
and web-based, so data is always timely and accurate.
The central dashboard summarizes any critical statuses,
while providing immediate drill-down access to detailed
information.
