Langhorne, PA, October 30, 2005—ISS Solutions, a leading provider of custom
Information Technology and Clinical Engineering
lifecycle management, announced today it will
add a Nortel Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
switch as part of a major upgrade to their
contact center operations. The upgrade, which is
scheduled for implementation in mid-October,
will also include Nortel’s powerful Symposium
call center application to harness the full
capabilities of the switch.
The new VolP switch will give ISS Solutions more
flexibility to offer client-specific solutions. For
instance, the skills-based routing feature routes
inbound calls to the most qualified, available
client service representatives. A new, highly
customizable call reporting system is also being
introduced, which will record call information and
enable management to increase responsiveness. The
VoIP switch will grant ISS Solutions’ clients faster
call resolution and better overall service.
Herb Viniarski, Director of Information Technology
Services for ISS Solutions, commented, “We’re
excited about the increased service and better
reporting functionality that we’re now able to
offer.” He added that the switch allows seamless
call routing to off-site locations in the event of
an emergency. “Our clients’ calls will be answered
no matter the circumstances.”
ISS Solutions upgrades its contact center operations
as part of their ongoing mission to provide
exceptional technology lifecycle management. In
addition to technical call center solutions, ISS
Solutions offers network infrastructure development,
network security systems, technology acquisition,
asset management services, and clinical engineering
equipment management.
