ISS Solutions and Blue Mountain Health System Sign Multi-Year Clinical Engineering Managed Services Agreement

Langhorne, PA, May 5, 2005—ISS Solutions, a leading provider of customized information technology and clinical engineering lifecycle management solutions, announced that it has entered into a multi-year ISS Select agreement with Blue Mountain Health System of Lehighton, Pennsylvania to provide managed clinical engineering services.

Under this agreement, ISS Solutions will provide Blue Mountain Health System with a portfolio of services consolidated into one comprehensive, cost-effective program. The ISS Select services delivered to Blue Mountain Health System will include planning, management, and maintenance of all patient care equipment (e.g., physiologic monitors, anesthesia machines, clinical laboratory analyzers, X-ray equipment, and sterilizers). ISS Solutions will ensure safety, performance, and regulatory compliance.

Clinical Engineering services for Blue Mountain Health System, with campuses in Palmerton and Lehighton, Pennsylvania, are now consolidated into a customized program. The health system can now share high-level biomedical and radiology resources with other nearby ISS Solutions clients.
