Introducing…Michael McNally
Michael McNally
says the most satisfying part of his job is working with
clients and colleagues to isolate a problem, develop a
plan to address it, and then implement the plan to
successfully resolve the problem.
Mike is an ISS
Solutions Senior Systems Support Engineer. His
responsibilities include providing top-level escalation
support, resolving non-standard hardware and software
issues, and coordinating projects. Mike also tests
computer systems to determine criticality of component
loss. He makes recommendations and implements
improvements in computer systems.
Michael McNally
has played a major role in helping state agencies in New
Jersey find cost-effective solutions for their business
processes. Currently, Mike is heading a project for the
New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles. The project
implementation consists of staging, imaging, and
deploying 500 IBM Point of Sale (POS) systems to 45 DMV
agencies throughout the state. He previously suggested
and implemented a solution that resulted in substantial
savings for the State of New Jersey. He recommended the
agency replace obsolete Gateways with thin client units
on an as needed basis.
Ron Brooks,
Regional Manager, describes Mike as very experienced.
“With more than 20 years as an employee here, Mike has
pretty much seen and done it all.” Ron added, “He also
has the credentials to back up his experience. Clients
often look to Mike for his knowledge and experience
before making decisions that may impact their business.”
Mike has played a
major role in providing outstanding support and service
to our customers throughout his tenure. Mike joined CHMC
in 1984 as an Inventory/Parts Clerk and then moved into
the Purchasing department. Mike then transitioned into
the Systems Support Group (SSG) as a technician. He is
now a Senior Systems Support Engineer.
Mike’s educational
background includes Bucks County Community College, Penn
State University, and CHI Institute. He has numerous
certifications including MCSE 2000, A+, and CCA. In his
spare time, Mike plays golf, reads, and fishes. |
