Michael Jones, Chief Financial Officer

In the role of Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Jones has responsibility for all financial planning and analysis, accounting, and financial reporting activities for the company. These responsibilities include cash flow management, credit, financing, expense control, and inventory control.

Mr. Jones brings close to 20 years of financial and leadership experience to ISS Solutions. Before his promotion to Chief Financial Officer, Michael Jones served as Corporate Controller and Divisional CFO for Condor Technology Solutions, acquired by ISS Solutions in 2002. Mr. Jones was instrumental in restructuring the organization to make it profitable and presentable for sale. He successfully oversaw the divesture of three key operating segments.

Mr. Jones was Controller for Computer Hardware Maintenance Company. He managed the Systems Support Division, which had four operational locations and annual revenues in excess of $55M. Prior to this, Mr. Jones was an Accountant for Daniel Ferrari & Company. Mr. Jones, a Certified Public Accountant, holds a B.S. in Accounting, an MBA in Finance from La Salle University, and has attended the Wharton School of Business Executive Education program.
