Introducing...Joe
Gianello
For Joe Gianello,
the most satisfying part of his job is the appreciation
of the client when the job is completed. During his
tenure at ISS Solutions, Joe has furthered ISS Solutions
reputation for service excellence in the clinical
engineering field.
In 1983, Joe
joined ISS Solutions as an Intermediate Biomedical
Equipment Technician (BMET). He has since advanced to
the position of BMET Supervisor for Eastern
Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Long Island. As a BMET
Supervisor, Joe supervises, inspects, and oversees
technicians. He is also responsible for the
implementation of ISS Select at client sites. He
coordinates service delivery, including ancillary
services such as gas monitoring testing, receptacle
testing, and additional outside service needs.
Joe has extensive
experience and impressive knowledge in the biomedical
field. He earned an Associates degree from Johnsons
College and certifications from numerous service
schools. He is a member of the Biomedical
Instrumentation Society of Eastern Pennsylvania (BISEP)
and a certified technician for the Association for the
Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI).
According to
Regional Clinical Engineering Services Manager for ISS
Solutions, Rick Pica, “Joe is a team player and
problem-solver. His dedication, customer service skills,
and technical ability are attributes admired by peers
and clients alike.”
Recently, Joe
worked 60- and 70-hour weeks to assist clients in
Philadelphia, including some very large and prestigious
hospitals. He has been an instrumental part in the
renewal and contract restructuring of a newly
consolidated Heath Care consortium.
Joe’s
dedication to his profession and to his customers’
satisfaction has allowed him to excel during his time
with ISS Solutions. Joe spends his time outside of work
raising two children, participating in sports, and
motorcycling. |
