Introducing…Connie Dorman

Connie Dorman has been an integral member of the ISS Solutions team since joining the organization in 1994. In her current role as Inside Sales Representative, Connie takes a very hands-on approach to managing and supporting our clients technology acquisition needs. Her daily responsibilities include everything from providing timely sales quotations and processing orders to configuring and deploying technology assets.

What makes Connie such a valuable employee? It’s the consultative approach she takes to addressing client needs. She takes the time to understand specific project goals and recommends the most cost-effective technology assets to achieve those goals. 

Connie’s manager, Sharon Bennett, offered these comments, “Connie understands the intricacies of technology acquisition and she knows how to work the supply chain to provide the absolute best pricing and service to our customers. I often find her working nights and weekends researching prices and options for the best solution to a specific customer need.” 

According to Connie, one of the most satisfying aspects of her job is sourcing a product that has been particularly difficult for the customer to find.  She says the respect and admiration she gains for performing these value added services is very rewarding. It makes her feel like a true partner and an extension of her customer’s organization.
