Employee Spotlight: Introducing…Dennis Ordiway
Dennis Ordiway has increased his account values by 60% through new contracts and additions to existing contracts. He’s considered competent and trustworthy. Most recently, Dennis was instrumental in closing a three-year contract with Jones Memorial Hospital. It was Dennis’ stellar reputation and relationship skills that gave the decision-maker at Jones Memorial the confidence to choose ISS Solutions. In 1985, Dennis Ordiway joined ISS Solutions as an Entry BMET I and has since advanced to the position of Senior BMET III. Dennis’ daily responsibilities include troubleshooting, performing scheduled equipment inspections, and repairing medical equipment located at the hospitals in the Western New York region.
According to Mike Oechler, District Operations Manager, “Dennis has a great deal of experience and self assurance. He performs as a professional at all levels of interactions with his customers.” Dennis’ customers trust him and rely on his judgment. Dennis has been in the biomedical field for 20 years and earned a degree in Electronics Technology from Alfred State College. He has certifications in Mennen Medical, Nurse Station (ICU Monitors), RSTI Radiology Equipment Service, Phase 1 and RSTI Radiology Equipment Service, Phase11. Dennis continues to increase his skills by attending radiology training and performing sterilizer repairs.
Dennis is a member of the Masonic Andover lodge, University lodge, Royal Arch Masons Steuben Chapter #101, Royal Counsel of Crytic Masons, and Knights Templar Commandery #22. He also is a hunter and beekeeper.
